Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with GiftLoveLit. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our bouquets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect color or style selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of every bouquet we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@giftlovelit.com with the following:

1. Your order number
2. A clear description of the issue
3. Photos showing the damage or defect

Once we review your claim, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion: a replacement item, store credit, or another appropriate solution. Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if processing has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@giftlovelit.com. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
